Site navigation is very good. Good to very good product descriptions. Not able to contact them by phone. This was a problem for me when I wanted to cancel an order before it had been processed. The system the have didn't act fast enough and I got the item and then had to ship it back. The upside of this is that they get orders out fast. Read more

There is no phone number listed on their website. Nor they reply to Email always. Even if they reply, it is always late. No news on item that I returned. They just sit on the order for a week and does not let us cancel even after one day of order. Read more
