First time shopping, ordered a pair of shoes, received package and opened the box to find the correct shoe box but a completely different pair of shoes inside. Different brand even. Called customer service and they said it was odd as the item had shipped from the manufacturer. They told me I could return and wait for a credit and then reorder, OR buy the pair again and then be credited when they received this mis-sent pair. Terrible options. When I finally decided to reorder, they told me it was sold out.
Now I have a return of a shoe I don't want and they have my money.
Never Again.

I had a bad experience with onlineshoes.com. The delivery was slow and when I finally did receive the package it only had one shoe in it. I then was told they left the other out on their store floor for a sample and that I would have to wait for standard delivery for the other shoe unless I wanted to pay for more shipping charges. The shoes were great once I got them, but bad customer service.
Located a pair of shoes that the local manufacturer's retail store said they could not get. (Between ordering and receiving these shoes, the manufacturer created a new model.). Having purchased a different pair on the same last, I had no reservations about ordering that size on-line. Ordering process went smoothly. Needed size was in stock. Shoes fit well and perform excellently (New Balance).
When Onlineshoes.com e-mailed me a clearance catalog, I found a pair of Doc Marten boots that I had not been able to find at the Doc Marten retail store in Portland, Oregon. On sale, too. These just arrived and, while a bit difficult to get on, they fit well if I wear a thinner sock than my usual athletic sock. I'm waiting to waterproof them before wearing them.
I typically make the round of the local (and not so local) shoe discounters. Because I wear a large size, it is a rare event that I can find a shoe that I want in my size. I'll be shopping on line again when I need shoes, but maybe not for a brand where I don't know the last and the sizing.

The customer service rep was so polite, but couldn't solve the problem. I live in guam. I ordered shoes, put in my address, (it had an option for guam on the on line form) and then I started geting polite emails saying so sorry, but we can't ship to guam. Why give me the option of guam if you are just going to cancel the order later? Read more

Easy to navigate site. These water aerobic shoes were recommended by my physical therapist. I'm glad I didn't have to shop in stores for them because they would have been a very hard to find item in my area. I just received them yesterday.
