i think 6.00 tax was pretty high for a product that had to be backshipped for over 2 weeks, plus the additional shipping of 4-7 days... gloves came in nice condition, nicer packaging could've be used however... as far as tax... well, i think i need a refund... Read more

The BIGGEST issue is that the catalog codes (printed catalog) are not effective on-line. This caused a lack of confidence that the proper items would be received as I was ordering these items for a relative in another city. Other than that the service was good. Read more
