A place one could shop for hours looking at books. A place to find bargain a galore. You can find books you cannot find anywhere else.
I love going around Barnes and Noble when in Springfield, Mo. I also try to get gift certificates to spend there.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.
I would like to see them serve coffee for browsers like Hastings used to. It would add to the experience.

Shop there anytime I need a textbook for school. The prices are awesome, shipping rates are lower than most, delivery is quick, and customer service is excellent. I use to go to Amazon.com a lot, and after having a few deliver problems, I switched to Barnes & Noble. I still shop at Amazon, but love Barnes & Noble for books. There selections online were very good, and the prices do not hurt your wallet. I am truly impressed.

I love Barnes and Noble. I live in a rural city, and it is very difficult to find anything to read that is not 100 percent main stream. I can find anything I want on Barnes and Noble. I've ordered several things, and I have never had a problem. I usually get my shipment pretty quickly. I've never had to deal with Customer Service, so I don't know how that it is.

I like the fact that they have every book that I want.Their web site is the very same way.The delivery is quick. I am a very satisfied customer.

At Barnes and Nobles I have always had a delightful experience. They have excellent customer service. They only bad thing about B& N is sometimes books tend to be pretty high but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been shopping regularly with B&N on-line now for a couple of years. I have never had any serious problems with them. Yes, a couple of times when ordering hard to find items there would be short delays. (A couple of weeks at most) But, as I said, this is very rare. Items are always as described, and arrive when expected almost always. I have had great experiences with their customer service. Send them a respectable E-mail, and they will send you one back. They also have an automated E-mail system that assists in explaining possible shipping delays, and has a link to track the packages on-line after they have left their location. I have shopped with them for a little over two years now, and will continue doing so in the future. Two thumbs up!

Barnes and Noble is an excellent store. I buy many books and movies from them. There estimated delivery time is usually right on the dot.
I have no trouble with them so I do not know anything about there customer service, but when I submit a question there usually pretty fast to answer.

I have been a college student for quite some time. Barnes & Noble online has saved me a lot of money for the last few years. I regularly take advantage of their free shipping, use the membership card, and use all coupons they email out to me. I recently purchased three books that would have costs me $50 through the campus bookstore for $20 using bn.com.

I have never had a bad experience with them. I buy all my textbooks and gifts from them instead of going to our local store. If I order a book on the weekend, I will have it in hand via UPS on Tuesday using the Standard FREE shipping. On my most recent order, the books shipped out on Monday and I had them by Thursday afternoon. I used the to purchased my Christmas gifts at the last minute and had no problems with the items being delivered.

A new feature that they have added to their site, which helps me out a lot, is to find a book at a local Barnes and Noble. No more going to the store expecting them to have a book in stock and they don’t.

i really like this store, because i can find any book i want, and i an sit there and read it, before i have to buy it, to make sure i even like what i'm about to buy. i've never been to the website, but i heard its very usefull.

I have used Barnes and Noble.com several times to buy books for myself and as gifts. Most recently I purchased some holiday gifts during their holiday sale. Even with the crazy mail schedules during the Holidays, they stuck to their delivery schedule and I received my items perfectly on time.
Although the prices may be higher than Amazon, having a reader's advantage card and constant offers for free shipping make up for it.

Barnes and Noble has a wide selection of music,books and videos. On this Journey I was buying the Black album by Jay-Z (doyou believe they had his entire collection all under $13.00). The price was about the best price I've seen online and retail. What's even better??? If your a member get a discount! And shipping is really really cheap like 99 cents!(for each book but still, its good!) Plus it ships in 2-3 days and you can pre-order for a small additional charge!

I really enjoy buying books from Barnes and Noble. It's very easy. The search is quick. The checkout is simple. They have just about anything you could want and they always send a confirmation email. I would rate B&N an A+.
