I am so impressed with Barnes & Noble's online store. I ordered a game from them on Friday the 10th after 6:00 p.m. and I received the game on the Wednesday the 15th. I was sure that I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas and especially since the shipping was free. Thanks to
Barnes & Noble for helping me with my last minute shopping. By the way, they also had the best price on this game.

A wonderful web site! They offer you free classes by the authors of their books! They also offer reading circles!
They send e-mails to let you know when there are new classes.

Delivery time was excellent. I have ordered from B&N several times with no problems whatsoever. This store has an enormous selection of books and reasonable prices. Their service is excellent and I am very satisfied with this company.

Barnes and Noble is sometimes cheaper than Amazon.com and I use it as a strong second choice. Shipping cost and speed is on par with Amazon. Orders are accurate and the books are delivered new, clean and in good packaging. The website is a little more difficult to use than Amazon's, slightly, but the $2-5 cost savings more than makes up for it.

I purchased numerous items from Barnes & Noble Online for Christmas, and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Barnes & Noble.com or bn.com is a store I frequent. I belong to their reader's advantage club and find their online store excellent. I know that if the store in my home town doesn't have what I need, the website will.

About two weeks ago, I was actually in Barnes & Noble trying to locate a newly released book that I have been waiting months to get my hands on. I had no luck in finding my book or a person to help me. I was in a hurry so I just left. Later that evening I came to the online store and was pleased to find my book almost immediately. The website is ridiculously easy to navigate and my order arrived in just 4 business days! I was very satisfied with this entire experience and will be ordering from the online store again.

Great book store. I have managed to find every book I have been looking for at their site. The prices online are even better then in their stores. They also have online classes that you can take for free. This is a great idea. It keeps people coming back to their site to see what is new. And did I mention it was free. Shipping is even free when you buy a certain amount.

I ordered a few books from BN.com. They are a great site especially if you live or work in Manhattan.

First off, they offer free shipping over $30. Since most hardcover books are an average of $24.99 in the stores, you don't have to buy unwanted things to hit your mark of $30.

I bought a book with a cover price of $17.99, and added a paperback new release for $14.99 to reach my free shipping price.

The reason I mention Manhattan is because they offer same day delivery in Manhattan for most of their inventory. This is a great thing. To be able to order something either the night before, or before 11am and have it in your hands the same day is awesome. Not that I am lazy, but in this world of everything being at our fingertips, this is just another added convenience.

I recently purchased a few books from Barnes and Noble.com and could not believe how easy it was and how fast I got my books. I thought o I will order these and get them sometime around when I forget I ordered it, but a few short days later it appeared in my mail.
