I love buying my books at Barnes & Noble.com. Everything was delivered as promised. Secure, great packaging, and super quick shipping. I always get exactly what I want, when I want it. No order mix-ups, no extra fees. The representatives emailed me in under 5 hours with polite and kind responses. I always and definitely recommend this store to all my close friends and family.

I love this store...how can one not? Every book you could want is there...and if it isn't they can get it. I have found books there that my kids needed for school and had to order. I am in networking and have needed certain books for networking that were not on the shelf, but they were happy to find and order those for me also....I have never had someone give me a hard time while helping me with my searching...which on occasion have been in vain, but they help has always been there for me. My kids and husband also feel the same way.
At one point my husband was looking for a book we thought was out of print, an employee was not only able to find the book but able to place an order for it and had it delivered to the store, called us about it personally and we picked it up three days later.
Each time I find myself surprised by the amount of help I receive while I am there and the books I find in every nook and cranny.

When shopped at the Barnes & Noble. com online store I really didn't come across any problems. The delivery speed was very much on time. I found everything I needed.

this store has almost anything you need for any reader. No matter what types of books you like you will be able to find them all here. I recommend trying it and seeing how much they have for yourself. It is easy to search for things and you will always be able to find what you like to read.

I shop Barnes & Noble.Com all the time.They have many books and magazines to choose from.They have their own children's section,magazine section,game section.They even have their very own star bucks in the store so they can get something warm to drink while they read.The prices are reasonable,and fair.The customer service,delivery speed,order accuracy,and most of all the over all satisfaction is always great.

I love to read and though I usually rely on the local library for my books some books are not available and or some are worth owning. BN is by far the best book store out there online or in person. They have everything including rare and used books (online) and delivery and service is great. They are a bit expensive (even with membership-which also costs $$)

I could not be happier with my experience ordering from Barnes & Noble.com. I ordered a lot of books for the holiday. Once, I ordered a book on Saturday and it was at my door on Monday and I chose standard shipping! The price was good, the speed was unbelievable and I got exactly what I ordered. One item needed to be returned because my son received 2 of the same item for Christmas, I was able to return it to the store for store credit but I did not have to ship it back.

Ordering from Barnes&Noble.com has always been a good experience for me, which is why I continue to shop there. Not only is the site easy to navigate but they have an incredible array of books and other things to buy. Plus, they ship almost immediately and I never worry whether or not I will receive my products. For anyone who likes the convenience of shopping online, this is definitely a great place to go.
