My Mistake

Last semester I made the mistake of ordering my textbooks through BarnesAndNoble.com. I had never really had problems with online stores before. I had placed many orders through amazon.com before and never had any problems....

There is very little difference in price between the major online bookstores. So what do I look for? Service (which online just means getting the thing delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and not giving away my credit card info) and Availability....
