Great store! I always order from them because you can't beat their prices! Shipping is normally fast and if you need to make a return it's easy to do!

This company has great pricing, but that comes with it's own price. I purchase two Motorola cellular phones with service. Delivery was on-time. However, they completely messed up my service order. Since they are an on-line only company, you cannot call to speak with customer service. I got the runaround numerous times via email. Finally, I went to T-Mobile directly...they were great and now all is well. However, I do wish I had made the purchase elsewhere, as the time wasted and high frustration level was not worth the experience. Oh, did I mention that I wrote a review at their site? Initially it showed up, but mysteriously disappeared after only a few hours. Looks like you can't rely on their reviews either, as they are filtered.

I've been ordering from Amazon for as long as I've had the internet. In general you can't beat their selection, prices, and shipping. The only real issues that I've had with them are with new releases and electronics. I've pre-ordered several CDs from them in the past, only to receive them long after I could have walked into a big box store and picked it up for the same price. I won't be doing that gain save for the occasional obscure music release. Also, their price on electronics often leaves a bit to be desired. I've shopped around for every major electronics purchase that I've made in the last several years and found that Amazon isn't very competitive. That being said, they're always my first choice if I'm shopping for a book or obscure CD.

Shopping at Amazon.com is 50/50 at best. They have the selection and free shipping is great, but they do not provide the best service. I always pay by check, which does add to delievery time, but protects me. However, the last time I ordered they spilt the delievery, I ordered two CD's, but they sent them a week apart despite my requesting they be shipped together. Another time they cannceled my order and DID NOT refund my money. Although that was 5 years ago and nothing like that has happened since.

I recently received an outdoor speaker as a gift. I stopped working in less than one second. I went on line and returned the item at no expense to me. The on line directions were easy to follow and soon I received a replacement.

I have had a high regard for Amazon.com Customer Service. In a recent purchase, I used "1 Click Order", for my surprise, it did not use my preferred shipping address but an outdated old address, as result neither the third party seller through Amazon.com Marketplace nor Amazon.com would provide satisfaction for the order lost. Be aware of the "1 Click Order", it does not sync with the rest of your account information and Amazon.com does not seem willing to make changes to this feature. Otherwise, the delivery speed is 4/5, order accuracy is 5/5, customer service 2/5, overall satisfaction 3/5.

I ordered my yearly supply of required reading and found the experience great. The prices were reasonable, and since I ordered over $25 worth of merchandise my shipping was free.
The order was at my door two days later. I enjoyed the quick checkout process that is available for members. It saves time.
I will continue to purchase my items through Amazon.com

The speed at which Amazon handled my wifes order was impressive. The item was delivered by christmas and they did a first rate job with the packing. I could not be happier. The great thing with Amazon is that they offer order tracking through their website. First rate job. Hats off to Amazon.

Amazon.com is my favorite on-line store. Delivery is usually in line with the estimate, and one / two day delivery is met (for the extra cost it should be). Amazon is fairly good at letting you know if product delivery will be delayed.

Returns are dealt with quickly and credits are quickly issued.

Product descriptions are excellent. Amazon allows publishers to provide searchable content. Reader reviews tend to be helpful except when the content of reviews is political. These books serve as an excuse for customers to get on their soap box. In a few instances there are transparent author (or very extreme fan?) attempts to manipulate ratings.

The book resale service is handy, but the commission is very high (there is no charge until item is sold on the plus side). Buying from non Amazon sellers has been a good experience so far.

I have also used amazon.co.uk - prior to moving to the US in 2000 (also a positive experience).

Amazon is one of, if not the best retailer on the Internet.

Returning my Aspire Digital DVD was easy. I received my order promptly. When I hook up the DVD recorder it failed to work. I contacted Amazon.com for a return label and was able to download it on line. I received a full refund for all cost in good time. I would shop with Amazon.com again. Wes Webb

I have always had great service with Amazon. The products they offer are always cheap and they offer everything from books, to sports equipment. Shipping has also been great. Everything that i have bought was under the expected shipping time. My coat was shipped to my house in only TWO DAYS!!! I would recommend use of this sight to anyone, it sure has made things easier for me.

Amazon.com is my preferred online shopping store, because they never misplace my order. The orders are always on time and are very efficient. On top of that they have a huge selection. If you are a new user to online shopping, this is the site to go to. Was able to check my online order all the time. Their site never crashed, which is always a plus

Amazon is an excellent way to shop. I orders two CD's, which arrived very promptly. I was well informed throughout of the cost of the products and the p&p cost, and was overall very satisfied with the service.

I have been shopping at Amazon.com ever since they went Online, and have always been happy with the store. It is easy to navigate, easy to order, and shipping and delivery is always speedy (I've been surprised by packages the day after I ordered them!). The discount prices and free shipping are great, and we've ordered books, videos, DVDs, software, computer accessories, toys, home decor, and lots more. It's a long drive to the mall, and why bother when I can get it all here?

My experience as an Amazon shopper is why go to the corner if I got Amazon.com which has everthing I look for at a very good price.Delivery is excellent and they never let me down on my all of purchases always recied what I saw or written. I bought stuff here that i wouldn't normally find in one store I have to go all over the city to find that one thing but Amazon has changed that. Thanks Amazon.com.
