This was my first order ever with Amazon. I needed a massager for someone who has muscle pains; web search engines kept returning hits of referral pages that always ended up pointing to Amazon's product selection, so I thought Amazon must be the best ...

Pros: enormous selection Cons: enormous selection
Amazon.com used to be a small jungle of books, videos and other multimedia. Visiting the site recently, I was surprised to see a pop-up window advertising free shipping on cameras and electronics. HUH?
I have ordered books and...

Pros: Amazon adds ease of navigation to its reasonable prices and prompt service. Cons: Sometimes prices are more than discount stores, but worth it for ease of shopping.
Recognized as a pioneer in e-commerce, Amazon.com has to be one of the most successful web sites. Actually, I checked it's stock today and it seems to be on the way up. The site itself continues to be easy to navigate even after the addition of multiple...

I've been using Amazon now since they started trading and I've yet to be disappointed with their service. The website is user friendly and their delivery has always been prompt - usually within 48 hours - and their selection is vast. I understand that...

I started shopping with amazon.com back in 1996, a little after they opened, I believe. Back then, I lived in Japan, and I wanted to be able to buy English books without busting the bank, and although I was wary of the whole "ordering online" process ...

Amazon.com represents my, and most other online users, first foray into the wonderful world of online shopping. No longer do you have to deal with long lines, lousy "live" customer service and ridicolous sales tax on EVERY item you may purchase. Okay, ...

My experience with Amazon Canada Although this forum is supposed to be for Amazon.com, and not Amazon.ca, I could not find a place to review Amazon Canada. Amazon Canada does not offer the same variety of goods as Amazon.com. But, I have placed ...

Amazon has become the epitome of online shopping. Their selection is not only extensive; it's exhaustive. If they don't have it, they can get it. If they can't get it, it probably doesn't exist. I suppose there may be some rare book, out of print for six...
