Amazon claimed I had made a "Buy Now with 1-Click" purchase by clicking on "an individual Amazon Marketplace seller" link at the Amazon website. I certainly had not. I contacted Amazon immediately about their error, and they referred me to the "seller," who in turn referred me back to Amazon. After a few weeks of this runaround, and after having received some of the most astonishingly rude emails I have ever read, Amazon replied that the time limit for getting a refund had expired.

The result: I am now the proud owner of a worn, 35-year-old mildewed paperback of old pop fiction by an obscure writer of no interest to me or anybody else, for which I paid, including shipping, $25.00. Apparently Amazon's business plan includes forcing junk product into your hands and stealing from your bank account. Stay away.

Ordered present for neice, that was in stock, four days before her birthday with 2 day shipping. 2 days after her birthday they emailed me to say it's been delayed. After 17 days after I ordered it they shipped it. What a joke of an organisation.

Found the product I need at a great price. Went ahead and ordered it mainly because it states FREE SHIPPING for orders over 25.00. This is NOT TRUE. I was charged a 15.00 shipping fee and because the item was not being shipped from Amazon directly. No where was this information given before I entered my credit card information. I will still order the item due to lack of time to search for it somewhere else, but feel I was not told the truth up front.

I ordered an 18-200 Nikon lens in May, supposedly in stock, the order was delayed repeatedly until I gave up! They still claim to have it in stock, but this is NOT TRUE...

Amazon fulfilled my expectations after my first on-line sale...I purchased the Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar Joystick and Throttle...they said is was out of stock and more were on the way...they said they'd have them in a month, I had mine in 5 days...imagine my surprise when the UPS guy carried this 20 lb box up to my back door. I said "It can't be!" But it was...thanks amazon!

Amazon.com...My favorite place to shop. I can find almost everything I would like to buy here. I have bought a variety of different things here , but I especeially buy books. I recommend this site to everyone. I have never had any problems with them. When I order something it gets shipped so fast (usually next day)and I always recieve my items they date stated.

We placed our order on Dec 8th which should have been plenty of time for a Christmas deliver. There were about 6 items. It is now 7:00p on Christmas eve and no presents. Amazon grinched our Christmas. I will NEVER EVER order from them again on Christmas, no matter what.

What the HELL happened?

I buy so much from Amazon.com and want to thank them for the always perfect service, free or fair shipping, great selection and often the lowest prices on the planet. I love you guys!

I bought my creative nomad jukebox 2 from amazon. The service was excellent and it arrived in only a few days.
The packaging was good and there was no damage at all to the product.
I have shopped at amazon numerous times and every one has gone smoothly and without hassle.
I would recommend amazon to any online shoppers.

Amazon has gone downhill lately. I've ordered from them for years because they were so reliable but I won't again next Christmas after they promised Holiday Delivery for items I ordered--then didn't deliver until AFTER Christmas.
How low is that?! I mean, I met all the criteria by ordering by the deadline for items that were In-Stock; the order went through in a matter of hours but my gifts never made it to my family member until AFTER Christmas. Pretty crappy business practices. I feel like I was lied to just to get my business. Very disappointed.

I placed an order with Amazon on Dec 13th (for an item that was in stock and usually ships within 24 hours). Their banner on the front of their website guaranteed delivery if you ordered by Dec 17. Instead of fulfilling the order within 24 hours (or something close), they filled it 6 days later and I never got the item in time for Christmas (I still don't know where it is). Really screwed up the holiday. Customer Service was apologetic but that doesn't solve the problem. I've bought alot of stuff from them, however, with so many choices out there, why would I buy from them again?

I think that this store is great. It said it would take a week for my clown costume to get in. It actually took only 3 days! It came fast and it was packaged well...highly recommended. But the prices are a little high.

I used the supersaver shipping option when purchasing a birthday present, and the package arrived almost 3 days before the earliest date listed for estimated delivery. I was amazed.

After using Amazon.com hundreds of times for both purchasing and sales, I've yet to have a problem that could not be resolved. Compared to eBay, Amazon wins hands-down!!

Amazon.com has some of the best deals on the net! They have great customer service and many different delivery types to choose from. They sell almost any product you can think of and at reasonable prices.
