Wouldn't buy another by texmw Pros: Beautiful picture, neat cabinet.
Cons: It shuts off, don't know why. Purchased this set Christmas '06 after comparing to Sony and Mitsubishi. The picture seemed better and at that time had better reviews. For first 16 months was very pleased, then it started shutting off, for no apparent reason. I was warned by the vendor (Circuit City) that lamp would burn out within 2 years, but lamp seems to be fine. It seems to be a problem that comes and goes. Sometimes we will go weeks without the problem, then it happens 2 or 3 times in 5 minutes. Very frustrating.

With the price of LCD and Plasma sets dropping, and their improved performance in attaining deep blacks in their colors, I think they are probably better choices now. |

excellent service, excellent product by kcelts I had been unable to get a 'good' nights sleep for years. I had tried premium brand mattresses, several versions of flotation mattresses and adjustable beds. In each case I would repeatable wake up with back, hip and or shoulder pain.

When my husband told me that was purchasing a foam mattress for me I told him not to waste the money. Thank God that he did not listen to me. Since the first night that I slept on your 13" foam mattress I have slept through the night and have not experienced the problems that have been mine for years. both goofy or regular Cons: terrible grip & crappy binding and bearings could be better allowing a smoother ride It brings to life snowboarding and surfing in one ride it has a neat look and moves on two wheels wheel like the ones on in-line skates. It really does give a good work out.

Cons: Phone sucks big time. Plse spare yourself the aggravation and don't buy it. Hi - I love Skype and was so enamoured with the idea of getting a wireless phone that I went out and bought TWO belkin wireless ones. In short: total waste of money. Lousy reception, hangs often. total crap. And I'm doubly disappointed as I thought that Belkin products are generally very reliable. Ugh! And at over SGD$200 a pop, that's over 400 bucks down the drain.

Verizon Mobile Broadband in Portland Oregon by w20cove Pros: Is a reliable and consistant mobile USB modem.
Cons: Insanely overpriced with hidden charges if you go over the meger 5gb limit. I tried the Verizon mobile broadband UM175 USB wireless modem and it worked good, is a little slower than DSL but ok. But I hate the pricing. Verizon has 170 million customers who pay 10.2 billion dollars each month for this service and also cell phone services too. Do the math kids, is it really neccessary for Verizon to charge such hefty fees for mobile broadband? Or is that just business? I call price gouging. Note $60 a month for the modem mobile service but if you go over 5gb with your internet surfing and emailing then you have to pay $.25 per bite over the 5 gb limit...you could easily get a $2500 dollar bill (or higher) as a result! Most avid users use aprox 30 to 80 gb per month but verizon only allows 5gb, anything over that amount then there is a $.25 per bit charge! 1 million bites over the limit and you'll recieve a $2500.00 dollar bill!!! That's insane!

They play all their big hits in this two-hour semi-acoustic show reminiscent of the early '90's shows. They also throw-in some surprises like "When The Morning Comes" and the severly over-looked "It's Uncanny". Charlie DeChant's sax has been a big-time enhancer for years, although Supercuts might want to speak to him.... Extras on the DVD include separate interviews with Daryl and John. |

A Walk To Remember by mommyof3fun Pros: Shows how valuable life is.
Cons: The ending is very confusing. This is a very sad but excellent story. The father is trying to raise a teenager daughter on his own and is doing the best that he can and this book describes how a single parent raising a teenager does struggle. The author pretrays how valuable life really is. The ending is the only thing that I hated as you have to try and figure out what you think might have happened out of how the story was told. I would read this story over several times as it is very moving.

Finished with Swanson! by ulster53 I've been a Swanson Health customer for several years and never had any problems until my most recent order. I took careful note of my order and final amount by printing it off. I was surprised to discover soon afterwards that a higher amount was taken off my Paypal account. It took me over two weeks for Swanson to refund this relatively small amount through many emails and even a Paypal claim! I was told by them if there is any order problem that they will not do business with your address again, even if they mess up. My spouse placed an order soon afterwards and it was canceled without explanation. They need to work harder at customer relations, and settle problems quickly!

Disney Princess For Nintendo Wii by mommyof3fun Pros: It has basic instructions for them to listen too.
Cons: There are too many gremlins popping out of the areas at one time. This was a hard game for my five year old to get at the beginning but it got easier after we got her to listen to the instructions. She beat one level after playing that level for only two hours.

Cons: Some of the mini games are hard. This is a very fun game. My five year old daughter can even play it and get rewards for the games that she plays. Cons: If there is one little scratch to the cd and the Wii won't recognize it. This is an awesome game console for fitness and fun all wrapped into one fun unit. It helps children of all ages to get up off the furniture and join in and adults of all ages also enjoy it. It gets a lot of attention as it has fun games for the options that it has. We bought this machine as we wanted a game console that everybody in the family would be able to understand and play. The one thing that I hate is one scratch on the cd and the Wii won't detect the cd.

Repayed in full, despite some delay. Will use the service again. by mdneedle Bought very reasonably priced warranty coverage for a new phone purchased via eBay, and glad I did, since Motorola phone went belly-up after 1 1/2 years. I took the phone to our phone service provider who confirmed that the unit was not repairable, and I reported this to SquareTrade and asked for my shipping label to send it in for confirmation. A bit of delay was the only complaint, as it took several days for a reply and then they wanted the EXACT error message before giving me a shipping label. After giving the additional detail they promptly emailed a label and I shipped at no cost. Since they couldn't repair it they promptly refunded in full to my PayPal (where I'd paid for it). Had they been able to repair it, I believe they said they'd charge for shipping back, but I don't recall for certain at this point.

Cons: Very expensive lesson I learned. Unprofessional and unreliable staff, and expensive. Horrible customer service. They'll ask for upfront fee of $600 for home refi and then leave you hanging. I had to call them to get updates, got stood up by their appraiser. No one had any idea what had happened. I missed the December 31st deadline due to their incompetence, and got charged $600 for which I have nothing to show for.

Fragile, Warranty is a Joke!!! by tentative1 Pros: Light, cleans dog hair.
Cons: Fragile, clogs easily. Warranty is worthless. The vacuum is light weight and seems to pick up dog hair well, however it clogs easily and you need to take it apart to unclog it. You MUST scour the floor and remove any kids toy parts, paper clips, rocks, etc. If you don’t you could clog it or break it and Oreck will not honor the warranty.

My vacuum must have picked up something because the motor housing broke. I have been very good about looking for those little things but I must have missed one. Despite having a 21 year warranty, Oreck declined to make good on the repair. The manager at the Oreck repair shop was rude. He basically said that I must have been using it to suck up rocks or kids toys. I wrote the company but they declined also. My advice, avoid it. It's not worth the extra money and you can get better results for less. |

Best warranty experience I have ever had! by momkyle3 They are the real deal! they do what they say they will do and they do it pretty quickly. In fact, I have had mostly bad experiences in getting warranty stuff from everyone else, but not so with Square Trade. I have already bought several other warranties with them and have my family buying too, because they keep their word, their prices are good and when you do have a claim, they deal with it quickly and without fuss.

GREAT Customer Service!!! by boozerje Dealing with J&R was like a breath of fresh air compared to some other online stores! I received my order very quickly. Unfortunately, the box was damaged when I received it, and I couldn't tell if the product was damaged or not. Since it was a Christmas gift, I couldn't open it to check it out. I called the J&R customer service and explained the situation, expecting to have to put up a fight. Surprisingly, they didn't ask any questions or argue. They immediately sent information for me to return the product, and they promptly sent a replacement, which was in perfect condition. I am so impressed - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to order from them again in the future. Thank you so much, J&R, for making my transaction so painless!

Not for me.... by pixieopinions Pros: Cheap but not worth the money
Cons: Poor quality results for scanned images I tried the VuPoint scanner with disappointing results. The scanned image quality is quite poor. The contrast is terrible, and the color is awful. I have 35mm negatives from 2006, which have been stored properly, and they are in great condition. The resulting images that were scanned looked like they came from outdated 126 or 110 film. I will definitely be returning this product despite the fact that it was an x-mas gift.

I did not have any other problems, though, and my XP system was able to detect the scanner right away. If you have a LOT of images, hand-feeding the slides and negatives will take you forever to do. You would be better off finding something that has an auto-feeder but is able to read negative edges well even when they are underexposed. That means spending more money for a higher quality product that VuPoint obviously does not provide with this scanner. |

Worst retailer period! by jay_lloyd I placed an order on their website with overnight delivery. I chose all expedited shipping options including Saturday delivery. The shipping total was $45.00 alone. I emailed them many times even made phone calls and every time I was assured that my order was shipping soon. Twelve days later a partial order was shipped. The initial purchase was an outfit with pants shirt, jacket etc. They sent only parts making it not worthwhile at all. Who wants parts of an outfit? I wish they had of simply cancelled the order as I had requested many times throughout this ordeal. Never shop here! They have poor customer service that makes for an undesirable buying experience. This one company has made me want to steer clear of urban clothing purchases online.
