Pros: Inexpensive, small, internal storage of wireless USB stick (so you don't lose it), ambidextrous.
Cons: Can't think of any. It fits my needs perfectly.

Cons: 3.5mm plug only, painful neckband with no adjustment, crackly and bad microphone.
