They have a great cone structure, and they pound. I have both of them installed in my hatchback, in a sealed box, with about 1.2 cubic ft per sub. and they pound, you can be 4 cars away and fill them, i have them being pushed by a Kole Audio HK 980-2...

this sub bangs hard off 350 watts. i recommend this sub to anyone who wants good bass with out having to pay alot of money. i think this sub is louder than a alpine type r.
