Pros: For advance fitness buffs who have time on their hands. Cons: Too long; lacked motivation; and had complicated moves which had no instructions.
This video is more for advanced fitness buff. The first session the warm up starts with complicated dance moves. Then comes the second session which is weights with more complicated dance moves. The video itself lacks motivation & many of the moves are very difficult unless you are into yoga & ballet. I disliked the weight/strength training portion because it mixed weights with more dance moves, leaving me wondering when will it end. Furthermore, it is over and hour long and realistically, if you are like me with a busy schedule who can only get in 30 to 45 minutes in for a workout this video isn't for you.
