Pros: Good crema when ???? Cons: Extremely poor warranty service and have doubts about the quality of Saeco
Good old italian boy was enjoying a good daily cup of espresso with nice crema for 9 months when new machine broke down. Had done much research before purchasing and was planning on upgrading.... but it cost me $25 to ship to warranty company and there it has sat for weeks (no response). I called after 6 weeks and found out it was never touched, I was promised it would be fixed and returned in the next week... guess what.. never received, called again.. has not been touched as of this date? Try and contact the main Saeco company, it will never happen, e-mails are sent to the warranty company and you start all over again. Caveat Empter.
