Contrary to the book title, this book is for men and women alike. It deals with addiction in easy to understand terms and pieces together the true behavior affects that couple with addiction. It ventures to detail why we use sex for affection and attention, and how we can overcome such emotional and physical addictions. I highly recommend this book.
