I have owned this printer for one year. It is the WORST printer I have ever owned. The print head has already been replaced.

I print my photos using Epson Photomate Deluxe! It greatly outperforms the KODAK print.

Guess I will put this KODAK printer on the curb with my other trash and purchase an HP printer (I can always count on HP for a quality product.)

I had this same problem where the machine (which was 3 months old) wasn't printing out any pages.

I called their customer service at 800.421.6699 and spoke to Chris. Chris took down my info - immediately advised he'd send me a new print head - (along with a color and black and white cartridge) and was incredibly easy to deal with. Other companies should take their cue from this guy - he was great.

New one will arrive in 5 business days and if that doesn't work he told me they'd likely just replace the printer.

GREAT JOB KODAK! I'll buy Kodak again in the future because they treat their customers right when there's a problem. Haven't had that luck with other companies.

HP, Cannon, Lexmark and Brother better watch out! This printer changes the whole cost per print picture.
