Before I could not see at night...

by pablothegreat, Jan 25 '08
Pros: My eyes don't feel tired with these contacts even when wearing them overnight
Cons: None that I can find! Except the price
I am blind as a bat without my glasses or contact lenses. I cannot even see my alarm clock or my daughter's face without having her an inch away from me. Everything is so blurry that I do not recognize people. I have worn glasses since I was 10 years old ...

I can see clearly, and my eyes aren't always bloodshot

by Shanti, Aug 22 '08
Pros: Clear sight with long-lasting comfort.
Cons: Price, and sometimes tricky to get out when they're brand new.
A year ago, after wearing gas permeable contacts for more than 15 years, I decided to switch to soft contacts. But I didn't find a better alternative to gas permeables until I found Acuvue Oasys. Gas permeables were OK when I lived in a more humid ...

Moisture and Comfort Together for the Perfect Combination

by coburnsports, Dec 06 '07
Pros: Keeps moisture in and dryness out; relieves money stress.
Cons: Two weeks minimum wear time.
Elementary school is hard for anyone, but when you have glasses it makes it even tougher. There I was in the second grade, sitting at the back of the classroom. Day after day the words started getting blurrier and blurrier, until one day I finally had ...

You really can "say goodbye to dry."

by akquisition, Feb 17 '08
Pros: Extremely comfortable, even after many hours of use. Easy to wear and remove.
Cons: A bit pricey, not as comfortable toward the end of the two-week cycle
As I was crawling underneath the gym bleachers aiding my friend in her frantic search for her dropped contact lenses, I remembering vowing to myself, "Well. I'm never getting contacts." However as it happened, five years later, there I was at the ...

The clear, sharp image that these contacts produce is AMAZING!!!

by weswinn, Oct 19 '08
Pros: Soft, Comfortable, Moist, Long lasting (day and night).
Cons: Can be harder to place in eyes.
I have used contact lenses for the past 6 years, and its been a challenge finding a lense that works with your eyes. Many things play a part in it... The dryness, the image, the time the lense can be used, comfortableness. After judgeing these various ...

Pros: Great Moisture Retention!

Oasys Contact Lenses

by yellowfish_2, Nov 02 '07
Pros: Easy to put in and take out, comfortable, and soft.
Cons: If worn longer then suppose to they start stinging your eyes.
So I got sick of wearing glasses. Being called 4 eyes just didn't make me feel good about myself, so I went to my eye doctor. He suggested that I try out Johnson & Johnson Acuvue Oasys Contact Lenses. He gave me a trial pair and sent me home with an ...

Comfortable and Clear

Pros: Comfortable, increased night vision

I've been wearing contact lenses since I was 12 years old and have struggled to find a truly comfortable brand.  I have lots of eye allergies so I almost always end up taking out my contacts and it was very frustrating.  Last year, my eye ...

Great Change.

by jimbear14, Feb 01 '08
Pros: No more dryness or redness. I can watch TV for hours with no problem.
Cons: Have to be replaced more often than previous disposables.
I have been wearing contact lenses for over 15 years. I have always had problems with dry eye and easy irritation. I would normally only wear my contacts for half a day to avoid the suffering for long wear. Then my optometrist recommend trying a ...

Comfortable
by kc_public,Nov 12 '07
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: Slightly tougher getting the lens out of the eye not that big a deal.
Used to wear Bausch and Lomb Soflens 66 before it was discontinued so tried this brand out. Very comfortable over a long day. It's basically a thicker density so evaporation of water won't shrink the lens near as much as other lenses.

My Favorite Contact Lenses!
by mama_shopper,Nov 27 '07
Pros: Easy to wear Less Irritation Shopping online made it quick to purchase
Cons: Slightly more expensive than other acuvue products.
I recently tried Acuvue Oasys contacts - got a great deal from http://www.coastalcontacts.com.

These have been such a relief for me - they cause much less irritation than other brands I have tried. If you struggle with dry eyes - I highly recommend these contacts.

I found that my eyes would often dry out when wearing contacts while riding my bike, but I have found that these contacts don't dry out nearly as fast. I can finish a 90 min bike ride without even realizing I'm wearing contacts.
