The Bottom Line: My kids liked these and they've lasted through two teething years! First Years always has great toys at great prices.

This is such a great starter set that I don't think is available anymore. I found it at JC Pennys almost 3 years ago for my 1st baby. I’ve seen these items sold separately, they have changed a little, but not in the bundled package.
The first thing I'll talk about is the soft teething beads. This looks like a bright bead necklace but is not big enough for baby to fit over their head. The beads can spin around but they do not come apart. So there’s no choking hazard to worry about. My baby always liked this toy because he could chew on it and get a good handle on it to whack it on the table or high chair! I put this in the dishwasher since food can get into the beads but I don’t remember if this said it is dishwasher safe. Nothing happened to mine after several passes in the dishwasher. At Wal-Mart they have Winnie the Pooh bead teethers that are really cute and under $3.
The second is the Bristle Buddy. This toy has a great handle for little hands as well as very short bristles for soothe teething gums. These bristles are supposed to introduce sensations similar to a tooth brush. My baby loved to chew on this toy for long periods of time during his teething months. You can also find these in other shapes, we had a porcupine looking one. The Bristle Buddy is dishwasher safe, which is good since food can get into the little bristles!
Next is the Massaging Action Teether. This is a battery powered teether that massages baby’s gums when pressure is applied to the star shaped top. It has an enclosed battery that is supposed to be life long and never needs changing. It is very soft and has several different textured teething points. My baby didn’t take to this teether and acted like the vibration was too weird of a sensation for him. I do know a lot of kids that really, really like this teether though. This is not dishwasher safe because of the battery.
The Cool Triangle Teether is a great item to cool down those tender gums. You can pop this into the fridge for a few hours and give it to baby whenever his teeth seem to be bother him. The hand is made out of plastic so it doesn’t get cold. They are filled with sanitized drinking water so if you baby really bites into this there is no need to worry. But the plastic is rather thick, has some texture, but still soft so baby can chew on it. My boys liked these better than the cheap water filled rings that you can refrigerate or freeze since those chill the hands as well as the gums. I am not sure if this is dishwasher safe. It didn’t say so I just hand wash it.
