PIZZA:
1. Take the Rice cake and spread pizza sauce on top

3 Top with cheese (I use mozzarella)
Bagel Style
1. Take Rice cake and spread with cream cheese (you can add pesto to cream cheese for flavor)

Taste and Texture
The rice cakes are a crunchy snack and they have a slight powder cheddar cheese taste to them. It is not too strong but it is different that the regular. They seem more salty than the plain rice cakes also. They are 45 calories so they are not going to taste like a candy bar. When you make the above recipes and bite into them, they can fall apart. My kids enjoy them also. They prefer the sweeter rice cakes but they will eat these.
Overall
Even though you can getting a crunch snack right our of the bag, I have found adding some ingredients to the White Cheddar Rice Cakes gives makes them tastier.
