Why This MagLite
My main reason for buying this Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black is that I wanted an extra Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight for camping and that it was on sale for $15.99 which is a decent price compared to paying the normal of more than nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents or more depending where you buy it from.
What I Like
I like that the Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black is simple to use just rotate the head to turn on and rotate to turn off. I also like that it is made in the United States of America so I am supporting fellow Americans jobs. I appreciate the fact that it is heavy enough to pack a mean punch into an animal such as if feral dog tried to attack.
What I Do Not Like
The only thing I do not like is that it is tiring to carry after a while due to total weight.
How We Used It & Why
Predominantly the Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black was used as a night light on camping trips to go to the bathroom and avoid safety hazards such as tree stumps, and snakes & camping out in the backyard recently.
I have also used it to light up my room (by unscrewing the top) to see how well it works and I am more than satisfied with the light output.
Sometimes I leave it in my car so I can use it when I get out of the car to avoid snakes, spiders, and other wild animals when voyaging out in the countryside.

It is as high quality as any of the other Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black that you may buy at any fine retailers.
Power Source
The Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black is powered by four D cell batteries.
Light Source
The lighting source is a standard krypton flashlight bulb, but I have replaced it with an LED upgrade module.
Power Duration
The light will last two and half months to three months with using the Mag Lite 4 "D" Cell Flashlight Black 3 to 4 hours of use each month and with an LED upgrade module (Maglite Led 4 Cell C or D Upgrade Module -- Save Money On Batteries or Mag Upgrade Flashlight Kit -- LED For Maglite 2-6 C Or D Cell) the batteries will last one hundred and ten hours.
Colors Available
You may purchase them in the traditional black, light blue, dark blue, maroon, silver, gray, and pink.
Would I Buy Again
Yes, because it is a great product that I got for a great deal of $15.99 and it works great. Plus it is durable as any of the other MagLites.
