This is a great book. I don't usually read biographies but decided to read this one after I saw Queen Noor on TV. It was an enlightening book, giving little known information about the Middle East's struggle for peace and Jordan's place in the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and am a more well-informed person for reading it.
I found a lot of surprises in the book regarding the U.S. role in the good and the bad aspects of the Middle East peace process. I admire Queen Noor for having the courage to write the truth. I don't believe that we get an unbiased view of the Middle East from our U.S. media. This book makes me realize that. I have a growing admiration for Queen Noor. She continues to make a difference in the lives of many Jordanians.
