Sometimes I just think they made up all these good reviews, because this is my first(and definitely the last) experience with em & it sucked! The CSR just doesn't know what she's talkin about! I have never had any online shoppin experience worse than this, no email updates showin item was backordered, they even have the 'fake' shipped status & delivery date on Fedex. If I didn't call customer service, I probably won't even know what's going on. I read alot of other reviews stating the same situation as I'm having, and it just makes me even more disgusted by the way they're being dishonest to the customer. Most ppl won't mind being told the truth that the item is not available at the moment and being given the option to purchase something else or to wait. But this is like lying to ppl to make them wait for the products to come. All in all, I'm not coming back no more, won't recommend nobody to that site either.

I thought the products are priced fairly, and they shipped promptly. No complaints, I will defininitely shop here again.

Shipping charges outrageous! $11 product, shipping and handling $14! Tried reaching customer services minutes after confirmation, (2 different email addresses) no response even yet! Good product selection, very prompt delivery, horrible shipping charges, NO customer service!

I placed an order on 11/6, my card was charged on 11/8 but the items never arrived. Customer service was horrible, they never replied until I contacted my credit card company to stop that transaction in late November. They said the items will be available in another week but I doubt it. Unsatisfactory.

I have purchased items before with happy experiences...this purchase I am not so happy. The purchases totalled more than $100 requirement for "free" shipping but was charged $5.95 because the discount brought it down to less than $100. am I confussed it was supposed to be free shipping...I should have been notified I would have added a product to make it to the limit. This can cause me to locate different supplier.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They sent the shipping data to FedEx but failed to send them the actual package. It took a week to straighten out their mistake and get the order shipped and then an additional week to get the order. E-mails from them could have been better written by a first-grader.
