I ordered a barcode scanner and agreed to $18 shipping & handling charge only to have it jacked up to $80 the next day. They offered a sale at an agreed price then backed out of it, that bad business to me. If you sell something that only ships out of the warehouse and only ships priority to Canada the TELL THE CUSTOMER FIRST rather than wasting their time. I guess they don't want to waste their own time making their website reflect their actual shipping costs. On the upside, the customer service people were prompt in explaining why it seemed like they were trying to rip me off. A friend referred me to the posguys.com, I won't be referring anyone there.
