I ordered tires on Dec. 28, 2006. Waited 2 weeks no emails regarding tracking number. Decided to call and they blamed manufacturer. They were going to wait until they got another shipment. They already received payment. I cancelled my order and will deal with tirerack exclusively. (I was always a tirerack customer but they didn't have the tires I was looking for. Tireeasy website indicated they had it in stock) Shop elsewhere.

I got my tires on time and only encountered one problem during the order process which was quickly resolved over the phone with customer service.

Found Tires-easy.com through a Google search and was slightly skeptical. I read the reviews here at Epinions and was even more nervous. However, I located the tires I wanted at Tires-easy emailed them directly to make sure the tires were available. I got an immediate response informing me that indeed the tires were available as advertised and would ship as advertised.
Satisfied with their response I decided to take a chance and placed the order. I got an order confirmation and than did not hear from them for five days.....on the fifth day I got an email stating the tires have shipped via UPS with appropriate tracking number. I tracked the shipment and it arrived one day earlier than stated by Tires-easy!
Despite the long period of silence between order confirmation and order shipment, I was pleased and would order from them again!

We received our tires promptly and thought everything was fine until we took them to our local tire shop to be mounted. The tires were nearly 5 years old and were deteriorating. Our tire shop refused to mount the tires because they were so dangerous! We were about to put these tires on my sons truck and they could have killed him. Read the DOT # on your tires-ours were stamped 2202 which means they were manufactured in the 22nd week of 2002-no wonder the price was so much lower. I did eventually get my refund but it was a big hassle and I never got an apology for the deception.

I ordered 4 tires on 2-5-08 and got them 2-7-08. Great website and cheap too. Tires were better than I thought. Well worth a try. I will be back.......

I ordered tires and was expecting delivery in 3-5 day. I did not receive the tires. I called 6-8 times but could not get through to a customer service representative. I left messages but did not get a call back. I sent 3 e-mails and did not receive any answer. I still have no tires and have not heard from them. A very frustrating experience.

Found tires-easy via Google search; located exact tire brand and size needed (at $40 less than local store front); used toll free number to check stock (told only one in stock but to check back in few days); called again on a Saturday left message (site is in Germany), lady phoned back Sunday indicating plenty of my tire then in stock; ordered on web site Sunday night, received e-mail confirmation Monday, tracked delivery Tuesday via UPS, tires delivered Wednesday to local tire shop, had them mounted Thursday. Per tire cost, INCLUDING delivery and mounting-balance-disposal fee, came out $8.00 less per tire sale price (Not considering and WITHOUT all the local tax, installation, mount & balance charges) which would have been charged by the local store-front. Very straight forward site, clear description of tires, charges and shipping methods. Suggest using toll free number to check on their stock before ordering, then do the web site order immediately when available. Highly recommend tires-easy.com to purchase tires without hassle and at value prices.

I found Tire-Easy on Monday morning via Google. Their prices were lower than Walmart or TireRack. My card was declined because their company was in Germany. Tire-Easy promptly sent an email explaining the problem on Monday afternoon. I checked reviews at Epinons and then called Tire-Easy's 800 number. I spoke to a gentlemen in Germany, gave him a new card number. I asked about stock status. He said that the tires were in stock and would be shipped from a warehouse in my state on Tuesday morning. I will follow-up this review when the tires arrive.

The tires arrived in just three days by UPS. It turned out that Tire-Easy had them shipped from a place in Butte, only 150 miles away. The freight was inexpensive and there were no taxes.

A few weeks later I ordered tires for my niece who lives in Las Vegas. She checked with her local Walmart first and surprisingly they wanted $125.00 per tire. I ordered a similar tire from Tire-Easy for just $85.00 each. She received them 4 days later.

My tires now have 25,000 miles of wear on them and are holding up beautifully. Tire-Easy was a good choice.

I was skeptical and concerned, but wow! I saved a ton of money on new tires for my Corvette! It took 9 days for the tires to arrive from the time I ordered them and most of that time was shipping from the coast. I'm VERY impressed!
