Great services and merchandise. I was ordering bedskirts that I "hoped" would match my quilt. They did not and I had to return them. I was delighted to find that the return form was so easy and I didn't even have to pay the postage. I will shop with Horchow again, you can be sure of that.

Paid for expedited delivery -- item did not arrive -- I was not notified of any delay -- when the customer rep was contacted he stated the product was not elegible for expedied delivery -- I asked why the web site offered it -- he just kept repeating the company shipping policy -- had no indication of when the product would arrive -- cannot get a tracking number -- would not recommend this merchant
