I am very pleased with my experience with Swanson.
I always thought that in order to get quality
products you had to spend alot more and so we did,
but during a 6 month period when our finances were
limited we had to find other options. Swanson was
my choice and I'm grateful to find that I don't have
to spend a fortune to have quality products.

The service was very good as usual. That's why I continue to buy from you. I have had very good success with the Swanson Full Spectrum Cinnamon (I take Lantus insulin) and it keeps my sugars low. I also watch my diet, etc. Thanks again for your good service!

Everything was great. I was surprised that they help my orders for several days waiting for one of the products to come in. If I had know there would such a hold up, I would have purchased the backordered product from another vendor.
Also, a few of the labels on the bottles were not applied correctly, making them very difficult to read (they were wrinkled, as if someone has crumpled the label before adhering it to the bottle).

Package arrived in terrible condition. It was opened on top and box was torn from top to bottom on one end. I was missing the packing slip as well as one bottle. There was very little bubble packing in box. I am not sure if this problem was due to poor packaging or transport!

I ordered on-line. There is a glitch in the software in that one product I ordered had been eliminated or wasn't available, but the software did not tell me that. I found out when I called CSR about another matter (a coupon issue). Then it seemed to take several days before the order was shipped. Overall, I will use Swansons again, but you really need to fix the software.
