I am a little confused about why UPS will now deliver my Swanson orders to the post office rather than delivering to the house. Delivery to my door was very convenient in the past. Why the post office instead of my home????

Their customer service department was very responsive to correcting a problem. Previously, their packages had been arriving with flaps gaping open because shipping tape had not been properly applied to the box openings. After placing this current order online, I called & asked them to have the package taped securely. The package arrived very neatly and securely taped. THANK YOU!

The site and ease of use are excellent, but as soon as I submitted the order I received an e-mail promo offer for $10 off too late to use on my order. I wasn't very happy about that. I order all my vitamins from Swanson. They have the best prices, service and delivery available anywhere.
