Since there was not a size chart available on line I called and soke to a representative regarding the sizes. The first person I spoke with had no idea and told me to call back another time. I called the next day and the lady I spoke with also did not know and she told me to call back again. After finally getting the sizes I ordered the size that I needed according to the measurements given. The size was wrong! I then called to ask how to return/exchange merchandise. I was told to watch my e-mail for instructions. I am still waiting! This is completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The Riddell football helmets are awesome! The football practice jerseys are excellent quality. My boys were thrilled to recieve these items for Christmas. We are very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the merchandise.

I shopped on line and had an easy time finding what I was looking for at SportsKids.com. The only complaint that I have is that the description of the product did not include a good description of the material of the valance. I was surprised when I received the items and did not get what I had expected. Still, I was pleased with the items. They look great in my grandson's room and the material of the valance did not make as big a difference as I thought it would. It's a great product.

The ordering, shipping and receiving processes were fine. All the young and old boys enjoyed their sports teams merchandise.
