ordered 9/1/06, confirmation e mail sent to me stating estimated ship date was 9/5-6/06. e mailed customer service asking about ship date...none could be given, because it depended on the supplier. I just wanted to know if I would have the merchandise by october-could not answer. Finally, on 9/14/06 I called and cancelled my order. Will not shop there again

I am still waiting on my order, which was purchased on 12/3/05. I emailed Sportskids and 3 days ago and still have not received a response. My purchase was a Christmas present, which I will not have in time. I very dissapointed in the service.

I placed an order on March 10th had the confirmation. Lost the confirmation number and never received the order. Looked in my account no order. Placed it again over two weeks then they said the order shipped in full they left out a valance. I ordered two received 1. Tried to get someone to respond to my emails never heard from any. Sent over 4.

I placed the order on October 19th. Today is November 9th and I have received half of my order. I look daily and there is no tracking available. Better communication and quicker response is needed. I am still not sure where my other watch is?

I ordered these sets for my grandkids, for Christmas. When I ordered, the estimated shipping date was between December 16-19...well, it's now January 5 and I am still waiting. I shopped on-line throughout the Holidays and this is the only bad experience I had. All other merchants delivered on time. Not a good shopping experience!
