didn't expect the sheet set to shrink significantly when washed before using

Shopping experience was awesome. emails came and product was delivered on time. Product quality leaves much to be desired however. The washing instructions were followed when laundering for the first time and the sheet set shrunk incredibly. Customer service provided a very prompt response and a second set was sent out. Even though, the washing instructions on the packaging remain the same I was told to cold water wash and then hang the linens to dry. That is very concerning to me as this type of laundering is NOT what is recommended to get rid of mites and other concerns on linens. Have you ever heard of air drying bedsheets? Cost of sheets would suggest that the material used should be preshrunk. The comforter and pillow shams look good but I have not washed those yet...I would proceed with caution as usually sports motif is for a boy's room and at the very least a kid's room and that would indicate frequent washing to me.

This was the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed an order November 21st, expecting the item to arrive to give as a Christmas gift. It was scheduled to arrive in a week, but did not. My credit card was charged for the item a month later, but I still had not received the item I ordered. Each time I inquired, I received the same standard reply which gave no information at all about the order. The website was useless for checking the order status. At the end of January, after contacting the credit card company to dispute the charge, I received notification that the item I ordered was not available and the charge was refunded on my credit card. So, after two months of waiting, I was told that what I had ordered was not in stock. I would never purchase anything from SportsKids. Their customer service is terrible and they do not have the items that they advertise.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered on Dec 9 and just spoke w/ Robert and he informed me that my order had been cancelled because they will not be receiving the uniform that (when I called and ordered) they said was in stock. When I just checked their site they are currently selling the same uniform "currently in-stock" on the web-site. Horrible company!!!!

TERRIBLE Experience

Ordered youth helmet and uniform set on 12/13. I called on 12/18 and the person on the phone said that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. Had I not called I would still be waiting for the item. The person was neither apologetic nor helpful. Checked my account today (12/24) and it says "In Progress" with an expected ship date of 12/15-12/18.

Ordering was easy, card charged, no delivery and no notice

I ordered a goal post 12/12/06 and they charged my card. When I called to check , they had no info, "pending". This big Santa Gift won't make it. No e-mail or any notice that things were not going well. On-line shopping standards are much higher than that now.

Avoid the middle man- do not order from here

WARNING: this is not a real store. They do not have any inventory. They take your order charge your visa and then order it from an other retailer with there discount. Why is this bad? They have no control, they cant track delayed orders. They cant cancel them. I order 6 items hoping to get them by xmas. After 2 Weeks nothing shipped. They do not know why. Later 1 shipped 1 week after I canceled the order. Now I have to pay a restocking fee. The best they can do when you call is say they will contact the "factory" (which is the code word for the real retailer). My suggestion is to NOT shop here, instead search on the web for the real retailer and order direct.

Do not Buy from SportsKids.com. They are not a real store. I ordered 9 Items. All 9 had to be out sourced to an other retailer. In others words, they do not carry inventory. They take your order, verify your Visa, and then place the order at an other store that they have a discount at. The other on line retailer ships your item. This is why you may see your item split into several different tracking numbers. WARNING: since they do not carry any inventory, when I called to find out why NONE of the items had shipped in 2 week, even though there online web page said they would ship in 2-3 days, THEY COULD NOT TELL ME. They have not itea of where any of there orderes are. They have to email the other retailer to find out asking them to email me. They never did so I canceled my order, but there system cant cancel orderd right away as it takes 1 day as they have to email the other retailer to tell them to cancel. In the mean time it may still ship even though its canceled. This place is close to a scam.

This was the worst service that I have ever received. It was slow, non-helpful when you called and when I placed my order it took them THREE weeks to tell me it was not in stock and they still charged my account after a representative said they would not charge the account until after the item shipped. This store is a joke.

I would highly recommend avoiding SportsKids.com. I was able to get a order confirmation from the company, but this was my only clue they are still in business. After my confirmation I did not hear anything about my order for a week and a half so I asked for an update. I got an automated response which said they would soon contact me- a week later I still have not heard from them. I tried sending an e-mail to cancel my order but it was ignored. I finally received my product- the packing box was one step from completely falling apart and damage went all the way through to the box of the item I ordered. I'm sure I could have found someone better to order from and I would advise you to do the same.

I ordered an OSU beach towel on Dec 4; the response email said it would ship in 2-3 days. On December 19, I sent an email inquiring about my order. I was sent a form letter stating they had received my email and not to call or send another email regarding the order. It is December 27 and I still have not received the article.

It was a good shopping experience and easy transaction, however, I wish the customer service representative would be more knowlageble of the products, using a catalog as reference is alright but more specific details such as materials, etc. would be nice to share with the customer. I made some questions about the product materials that were'not answered until I received the product.

Shower curtain didn't show up with order, but it was listed on the packing slip. I called a number on the slip and they said they would contact sports kids. I waited several days but got no call or e-mail, but got a quick response when I e-mailed Sports kids myself about the problem. They gave me no hassle and sent the shower curtain.
