I was happy with how quickly the items came. It was about as close to instant gratification as one can get.
I don't like the foam packing pieces. I'd rather have the biodegradable peanuts, paper, or something more earth friendly.

I was initially a bit apprehensive because my items had to be shipped and I worried that they might be damaged during shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to have my package arrive in perfect condition. It was carefully packed with bubble wrap and all items taped and secured so no breakage would occur. I am very happy with my shopping experience at Replacements.

I placed an order on a Sunday online, and made an error in calculating the item cost. Late in the afternoon, on Sunday mind you, a person called and helped me correct the order and the costs of each item. A better service, either on-line or with the whole ordering process done by phone, I have never experienced.

The Replacements, Ltd purchase experience was great. Will do business with them again in the future. I can't answer the packaging question as I had these sent as a gift elsewhere. They did mis-dirct on package and it was very safely packed.

I'd like to be able to include an enclosure card and enter the wording on line. Also the name line in the address form needs more space, I wanted to enter 2 names to send a gift to a household with 2 names, but I couldn't.

I thought the service was unbelievably good. I ordered from Canada and still had my dishes in 5 days from the U.S. That's incredible. Everything was packaged very well and in excellent condition. Would certainly use this service again ... in a heartbeat!!!

The dinnerware had utensil marks. When I purchase on e-bay, the seller's have used Pfaltzgraff's Porcelain cleaner to remove these marke. I was a little surprised that this wasn't done at Replacements.com.
