It has been a week since I received an email saying that my order was received. They said I would receive another when the product ships. I haven't received that email yet. I think that this is a long time to wait for shipping for products that are from stock.

I bought replacements to complete my china set. The replacements were definitely not first-quality as it has blisters, bubbling, off-center painting, etc. If I had known that they were not the best quality I wouldn't have bought them. Their "customer service" (both by phone and email) told me there was "nothing they could do".
Replacements.com only said to return the items. Well, I can't really send them back. The packaging and shipping would be very high as I live in Hawaii and I am 100% disabled.
I am very disappointed with this company and will never use it again.

The day after I placed my order, I received an email stating the product line I had purchased was now on sale. Why weren't the sale prices reflected on the website at the time of my purchase?

Some items that were seemingly available at the time I placed my order were subsequently unavailable. Also, some of the crystal that I ordered that was supposed to be in perfect condition, has a milky film on it, that I still have been unable to remove.

Replacements, Ltd. is great. I have been looking for the cups and saucers for my Mother's 1950's Noritake china pattern for years and they never gave up! Plus, they found a pattern very similar to my Mother's pattern and made those pieces available as well. I will continue to use Replacements, Ltd. for all my china needs.

Had some products I wanted that no one else had - impressive. Arrived in good condition and on time. But the web site and emails could be more helpful. For instance, there is no indication whether they are still looking for items requested but they didn't have in stock. I don't know whether to request the item again through the web site or whether they still have my request on file. They send other emails but never indicate this. Not good at all.
