They charged twice for the order placed on the internet!!! Actually, they cloned the original order two days after the first one (HOW?) and charged my credit card again. Good thing I called to check on my order and canceled the bogus order in time. I hope to see the refund soon, too.
WOW! What else can you say about a company of this caliber? I ordered some of my wedding china through Replacements and just received it. The quality is great and the prices were very fair considering the length of time this pattern has been out of stock in the department stores. The shipping was exceptional as was the delivery time. I would definitely shop here again!

I ordered a gift for my friend in November and received it a WEEK after Christmas. After I had received it, I found it on other sites 10 dollars less than Replacements! When I called in, trying to find the gift for weeks, the customer service reps (more than one at different times) made me seem like I was wasting their time, but I wanted to give the item as a Christmas gift! They kept telling me ways to try and find it instead of helping me. Awful

I am extremely pleased with the service at Replacements, Ltd. Right from the customer service professionals who helped me identify my pattern and place my order to the prices, it was everything I could've hoped for. Also, I don't think I have ever ordered anything that came to me as well packaged as this order did! The gift was for my mother's birthday and the piece I ordered finished up the china collection that had been handed down by her great-grandmother! Needless to say, Mom was ecstatic! I also bought some everyday china and silverware for daily use for myself. They have hundreds of thousands of designs and I had a great time selecting the one I wanted! Also loved their website. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just recieved my order from your company. I was under the impression that I was ordering far more pieces than were delivered. For the total cost of $99.89 ($11.98 S&H) I only purchased 9 total pieces of silverware. I understood the order forms to be 16 pieces at a certain price. I've decided that it will be much cheaper for me to simply go out and select a new pattern to start over with than go broke replacing a few pieces. I was extremely mislead by the order page. "QTY" must mean how many pieces you have in stock, not how many pieces we are buying. I think that should be made clearer for the public. I feel like my time and money has been completely wasted!!!!
