ordering the product was very easy, step-by-step precedure.
But when I received the product, it was not the best shape.
There was nothing in the box to revent the product from rolling and tossing and the cap was off of the one product and was all over the inside of the box. The should pack the products more compact.

we received the exerciser but we have a small problem with it. My son had a stroke and he can't keep his left foot in place.what would make it better is if there was a strap that fits across the back of the foot to hold it in place. Other than that we had a pretty god experience shopping at this website. Thanks, Glory Smith

I place order on 4/12/08 and as of this date have not received product. No notification was made to me until I called to find out status and person could not tell me the status because shipping dept. was closed. Person Left message today that my order is out of stock and I will have to wait another 10 more days. If I knew this ahead of time I would have not order product or waited if I was well inform that there will be a delay, but it took my phone call to find out status.

I am an art and digital media teacher in a high school magnet arts program training students in representational drawing, bone studies. This is a great bone set at a great price, which I found for much more on other sites. The kids have all noticed how "Bonetta" is stronger, more durable and proportionately different than our last on loan set, and are happily engaged in drawings, already! I did not have to send in any sort of credentials or go through gobbledy gook to get "her". and service through email was fast, convenient and easy. Thank you!
