I ordered personalized stationery from Personalization Mall.com. The order arrived on time, but was not filled correctly. When contacted, customer service refused to correct the order because it was more than 30 days since it had been filled. Considering how much Personalization Mall charged for the part of the order they had NOT filled, I found their response very unsatisfactory. My request to contact a supervisor was not responded to.
Contrary to some of the other reviews, I got great customer service from this store. My young daughter picked out a Christmas ornament and had it personalized for her father. When it arrived the week before Christmas, the postal service had broken it in transit. I called customer service. They apologized for not packing it in strong enough materials that the postal service could not damage it and promised that they would have a new one to my daughter by December 24, even though it was already Thursday December 20. The new ornament arrived as promised packaged in much stronger materials to protect it from damage and even marked "urgent for delivery"; it was very cute; and my little girl was very excited to have it in time to give to her Daddy on Christmas. I will definitely shop with them again.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews I've read. I've had great experiences with this company. I've ordered several items in the past an have always had fast shipping and have been happy with the quality. I recently purchased another item and when I saw shipping was taking longer than usual, I emailed customer service. I emailed them in the evening, and the following morning I received a personal response explaining the manufacturing time would be 3-5 weeks. My only complaint is that it would have been helpful to know this in advance, but since I don't need it in a rush, it's no big deal. It was just great to have a friendly response so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend this company.

The WORST and RUDEST Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! The goal of the customer service department here is not the customer satisfaction BUT is the Customer's Nightmare, never wanting to shop their again! I truly wish, I had read these reviews earlier!!! There was a Price difference of $25 on my $101 order, on their website after I placed my order. I called in to discuss that and both the sales rep and the Supervisor were contradicting each other for the information they provided me with, plus this information was not mentioned anywhere on their website. These were the rudest person I have ever spoke with as well. The supervisor literally hung up on me, screaming!!! I think, if a customer can buy something worth of $100 or more then, its not that 10- 25 dollars would make a big difference...but definitely, how you feel to be a customer of the particular business makes the difference. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE and would recommend, the same if you dont want to be humiliated.
Product ordered on 12/9/04 for shipment in 3-4 days. Did not receive before Christmas. Sent e-mail requesting information about order. Return e-mail said that they would have to forward the request to a remote office and would get back to us in 4-7 days. After a week I again e-mailed them and they responded that they would have an answer by Monday. On Wednesday 1/25/05, they sent an e-mail indicating that the item had been shipped. Received on 1/26/05. Merchandise was good quality, but could obtain elsewhere with less hassle and on-time.

Same old story as the others here it seems. Ordered Jan 10, 2005 for a Jan 21 anniversary gift (crystal flute set). Web site stated the product would ship in 1-2 days. After nine days of waiting, all attempts to contact this company have proven fruitless. They don't return email requests for status and their sales phone line continuously told me their "sales consultants" were busy - but leave a message and we'll get back to you. I don't think so - given their inability to respond to email.
This, honestly, is the worst experience I've ever encountered from an organization doing business on the web. Customer service is non-existent, but they sure are quick to charge your credit card.
Do business with Personalization Mall at your own risk! There seems to be a pattern to the way they do business. One last note, if you have problems with any vendor that takes your credit card, be sure to make your credit card vendor aware of the problems.

Found what looked like a nice silver bracelet that could be personalized to include birthstones. Ordered the bracelet with mine and my brothers birthstones.
When the bracelet arrived it does not seem to be made of silver, there is no weight to it at all and the links in the chain feel as though they will break at the slightest stress. It feels like something you could get out of a gumball machine for a couple of quarters. While I wasn't expecting some grand piece of jewelry for what I paid, I at least expected something that I wouldn't feel embarrassed about giving as a gift.
While I cannot make a recommendation about other products on their site, I definitely recommend against buying any of their jewelry.

The aging prescription came in the wrong name, the representative was very unfriendly when I called in about my problem. Received the corrected item way past the time frame needed. The bottle of wine came and the way the wrap met to display the greeting came together and ended with a seam right between all the wording down the front(Is that where it should be placed?) I also e-mailed customer service re: my first order & concerns with the representative but, I got no feedback. Again, will elaborate the old saying "first impressions" I am in business and my companys reputation speaks loudly, in todays crunching economy if your customer is not happy they are your buyer/marketing agent therefore to completely not acknowledge previous feedback,nor to rectify the wrong is an unacceptable business decision on your behalf. I feel the credit card should be reimbursed due to the fact that I was able to create the name to cover up the wrong name on the bottle that was first received so, when the second corrected shipment arrived I had no use for them also, The wine bottle was not given because it was completely unpresentable as a gift because of the seam.
