The only problem was, when I ordered 2 Jewelry items, I received one item, but there was no notice of why I did not receive the other item. This order was shipped from the supplier, so you might want to have the suppliers put a notice in when 1 item is being delayed. I have shopped J C Penney's many years and have had very little problems with J C Penney's. Read more

Shopping experience was close to excellent. I found the catalog/photos were a little misleading, as I ordered/received one article that wasn't what I thought I was ordereing. The quality of the merchandise was a disappointment and I have marked those brands as a "never order again" after using them for many years. Dependabliity is not there, any more, apparently as after looking at older clothing I have from JCP, I found they were made in other countries, and apparently that isn't always the best change?
