Pros: Best printer for the price. Cons: Small ink cartridge.
Love this printer. Price was below most other ones and it prints great. Pictures are great and fast. Not loud like some other printers. I looked at so many printers and saw that this one was rated high for price. I really wanted to make sure i did ...

Possibly the worst printer ever!
by bipolarfreek,Jun 05 '04
Pros: looks good Cons: no USB cable
This printer is possibly the most infuriating peripheral ever made purchasable. it comes with only a single page of pictures which don't actually help you. The software is difficult to understand and install, and their helplines are little short of useless.
The lack of a USB cable is a pain, as it means there is no way of making it work without paying extra for it. This is also not made explicitly clear in many stores, in particular, time/ the computer shop.
The lack of a parallel port option proves also to be an annoyance, as it reduces the USB options from most laptops to 1, meaning FDDs may not be connected simultaneously - tough if your printing from a floppy disk.

Good printer
by cgehrett,Sep 16 '04
Pros: Great little printer - easy to use and great printing Cons: Cartridges too expensive, re-manufactured is too expensive for the size of the cartridge
I have a new X1150 and I like it very much but beware of the price of the small cartridge. The price is the same and the Z52 I previously owned - only thing is the cartridge is half the size of the Z52 and therefore you run out of ink in no time...... very expensive.
