The best way to describe this cd is: LOVED IT!!! This cd released 11-18, and I see great things for this self described “operatic boy band”. This cd is NOT your typical boring opera music! I prefer heavy metal, yet I thoroughly enjoyed this cd! Their music is slow, rich, & full. But don’t let the word operatic throw you! The music is NOT boring! All of the songs but one is not in English, but you do not need to understand the language to enjoy it. The music is GREAT mood music, and I envision enjoying this cd over a candlelight dinner, as well as while I’m surfing the internet! The band will be touring the states in 2009, and I expect to hear a lot more from them! They are a creation of Simon Cowell from American Idol, and have been together since 2004. They have sold over 22 million cds, have performed to over 1.5 million people in 30 countries! They have also had 2 sold out world wide tours! |

Quite Relaxing by theoleyschool Pros: was very relaxing and much different than I expected.
Cons: I don't like opera While I'm not an opera fan, this CD was very relaxing and much different than I expected. It wasn't like the fat lady singing or anything like that. The sounds were very relaxing and with familiar tunes, it makes for a great change of pace. If you like soft mellow music, this is one of the better bands out there.

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd by gto20120 Pros: Great songs, great length, sound, great band
Cons: none? This is a great piece of work. Pink Floyd really did a great job piecing these songs together. I have to admire the guitar solos. Even the flute and bari sax solos. Great use of sounds, of course nothing less expected from Pink Floyd.

Cons: None! Love this entire CD! I've been playing it since it's October release. Just love Elliott's funky/R&B Christmas music. Warm Me Up and Back Door Santa are just a couple of my favorites!

Cons: nothing great that just makes you go wow The preface goes through without any weak tracks or skips but there is also nothing classic on this album.Elzhi is part of the future of hip-hop but this will not be his defining work at the end of the day it's just a solid record.

Classic rap album by chris-davis Pros: Perfect production with slick witty punchlines and solid lyricism
Cons: "Jigga that n*gga" and "girls,girls,girls" really dont belong on this album.There bellow average songs. This is a great bounce back album after what in my opinion is the 2nd worst jay-z album of all time in "Volume:3The life and times of Sean Carter".It has a very emoitonal feel to it and jay-z brings out some great punchlines.

Above average by chris-davis Pros: Steady lyricism and head bobing production
Cons: Has a commercial feel to it. Its not nearly as good as his first 2 but its good and underrated.Ghetto prisoners is the most underrated nas song.Nas goes into the bling rap thing more than I would like too.For a good example of that listen to "Hate me Now" its a good song but showed signs of commercialism.

Cons: None Its my favorite album to this day and is what turned me on to nas.It is a perfect album its not to long or too short its just the right amount of time.Every song is a straight up classic and its a must own.

Cons: The CD is only available at Best buy stores and bestbuy.com Well, the NEW Guns n Roses Cd, Chines Democracy has finally arrived. Although there's only 2 veteran GnR members, and this CD was 14 years in the making, the CD sounds great! But, if you're looking for a sound like Appatite for Destrustion or the Use your Illusion CDs, DON"T. The sound is harder than them on some and softer on others. I believe the best Tracks are: Chinese Democracy, Better, and Shackler's Revenge. But, I believe the stand out track(like Civil War on UYI2) is Madagascar. It has very noticable clips from Cool Hand Luke and the I Have A Dream speech by MLK Jr. Do yourself a favor and listen to it at www.myspace.com/gunsnroses then go to best buy or www.bestbuy.com and get it at a very reasonable price.
