New Regular Reviews in Music

Pros: Introspective, honest, Dry, Crazy Love, Alibis, Upside Down.
Cons: Can feel a little distant for some people.

Pros: The space-rock vibe is usually fantastic!
Cons: Some of this is boring and/or disorienting.

Pros: Broad selections of dance tracks. Cyndi's fun again, yet still very mature.
Cons: Some tracks have a dissappointing house-club sound.

Pros: It's still energetic and catchy; "Blame Me! Blame Me!" is a highlight.
Cons: Unoriginal in the first half, bland in the second, and shallow in both halves.

Pros: Experimental, solid pop music.
Cons: Overlooked by the masses. Out of print.

Pros: This band, in theory, sounds great. Indie rockers with influences outside Pavement...
Cons: This album is a wreck. Only a few, fleeting positive moments.

Pros: Lots of great songs, Kellie has a nice voice, a lot of fun
Cons: The extra tracks don't really add extra but takeaway from the album.

Pros: Kellie Pickler's  hard to resist, great country pop tracks, she can sing decently
Cons: Avoid the big ballads and songs that talk about shopping. (Especially in the Country genre)

Pros: A great album, nothing but love for this young lady! She's maturd since her debut.
Cons: None, but then again... this is my opinion. ;)

Pros: More aggressive approach on the rockers; the expected lush beauty on the slower songs.
Cons: "Last Place" is a bit frustrating; occasional rhythmic trickery takes getting used to.

Pros: Production, Performance, Songs, Vocals for the Most Part, & Ambition.
Cons: Stylistic Choices, Lyrical Flaws, & Moments in the Vocals.

Pros: Pink's killer voice and sarcastic edge helps these breakup songs go down easy.
Cons: This album is just a tad overproduced.

Pros: Tremendous playing by all concerned on every great song
Cons: Not one

Pros: First two songs I suppose... Gloomy post-punk at times.
Cons: Bloc Party are officially as boring as a rock band can get.

Pros: Cohesive, thematically adventurous, and ballsy all around
Cons: Auto-Tune makes this album a love-it-or-hate-it experience, along with the narrow musical palette

Pros: Experimental, beautiful, introspective.
Cons: On this album? I don't think so.

Pros: Diverse and interesting mix of many styles
Cons: Might be a bit too laid back for some

Pros: The cover art is pretty. Musicwise, Spaceman is as good as it gets.
Cons: Oh where to even begin.

Pros: Well, it's a <I>Beatles</I> album!
Cons: I liked the original version better.

Pros: Up there with Billy Breathes in terms of accessibility and depth

Pros: THE BALLADS (MIRACLE!), little but nice change of produers
Cons: Same ol' crap, Repetitive

Pros: Concrete Blonde's most consistent album, a few songs that are genuinely great.
Cons: Some *cringe* moments, especially "The Beast."  Slight melodies.

Pros: It's a free country, and you don't have to listen to this.
Cons: I ignored that and listened to it anyway.
