Maybe readers/raters liked the 'tier' content that you inserted in the first one. Maybe they liked the increased number of reviews in the higher-rated one. Maybe they liked the seemingly 'more complete' discussion of the films in the first one. (That said without counting words, just an overall impression.) Maybe the higher-rated one just felt more . . .'helpful' than the lower-rated one.
It is a slippery slope to begin comparing reviews against each other, your own or those of others. Each one really is rated by itself. Well, unless one is making a point of vertically reading-rating a particular set of product reviews.
