I opened a Circuit City account 2 years ago to buy a new flat screen tv. At the time the promotion was to open a Circuit City card and ZERO percent interest for 2 years. I am ready to pay off my card next month. THEN this month my payment arrived to CHASE ONE FREAKING day late and now they are hitting me with all of the back interest of $257. I wrote a letter to appeal the charge and I have called twice. They flat out have said that they refuse to lift the charge. I am planning my campaign now as to how I will spend my days harassing these assholes until they do right by me.

Anyone have any ideas of who I can talk to outside of the incompetent moron phone service people?
