Dear parents! Don't ever buy a Combi travel system! I had the worst experience with them! The stoller is a very difficult to navigate, the front weels are not turning the way you want them to...because of that the weels brake easily! When mine broke (after just 7 months) I called their service (which was not really polite!), and even though I had a warranty, they said that they are not going to pay because it is my falt that the weels are broke...??? Well, I needed the weels,so I agreed to pay $23 for 2 weels and then I could not get it forewer! because they did not even had the parts and had than on back order, so I had to wait for a very very very long time!!! I called the manager, but got the answering machine, left a long massagw with my cell (left the cell number 3 times to make sure they got it!)and nobody called me back... Well, guys, you are going to be stresses enough with the new baby, and you want to make sure that you at least deal with a good baby products and services...

Thanks for taking the time to share you experience with Combi. This is one of the few brands of baby items that I don't think we own.

While it is fine to share this on the message board, you would get the word out to more people if you wrote a review on your travel system as well. I don't know which exact one you have, but hopefully it is one of these:

I've heard a lot of bad things about Combi strollers, which is too bad, because they aren't cheap.
