Just wanted to let you know how disappointing Leap Frog was in dealing with a broken gift I received. A friend from Georgia sent me a Learn and Groove Music Table, without a receipt. After 2 uses, it broke. I wrote to Leap Frog and they refused to take any responsibility or stand behind their product. They continued to give me the run around and sent me unresponsive, standard emails until I gave up. I asked for someone to call me and made several calls myself, but, to no avail.

This is too bad since I like Leap Frog products. But, fortunately for me, Fisher Price sells very, very similar products as Leap Frog and I have switched brands. Fisher Price, like many other manufacturers, are extremely responsive to any comments or questions I have ever inquired about, as have been almost all other companies, to which I have written - and, yes, I do write almost every toy manufacturer to get more information about their products. In the past, I have always been surprised and delighted at how much companies care, which is why I was so stunned by Leap Frog's apathy and lameness.

In the age of the world-wide interweb and the ability of just one little person to reach so many people through just one email, I think Leap Frog should care just a little more about my inquiry, aside from standing behind their products. You know, a little thing called integrity.
