Minnesota

Who's been to Minnesota before...what did you see, did you enjoy it?

Being that I'm from Minnesota, I love this state...just wondering whom else has been around the state.

RE: Minnesota

Ha, the only thing I remember about this state is getting a speeding ticket while driving cross country a looong time ago. My wife was reading a book to me as we traveled. It would later become a Movie hit. The name of the book was Jaws.

I'm sure there are some really wonderful things in your state. I'll have to come out again and find out. Maybe I'll fly instead of driving.

Phil

Minnesota....

I have only been through Minnesota once on the train. I also had a brief overnight visit to Minneapolis. I'd like to see more of your fair state. Tom Barnes

minnesota

The last time I went through Minnesota was actually when I was driving from Washington state to Michigan. There was an extremely bad thunderstorm, and being that I was only 17 at the time, I was a very inexperienced driver and the cars that went off the side of the road after a deer jumped in the middle of the road didn't help either.

The biggest thing I remember was that it was raining/hailing so hard that I got of an exit and didn't even realize it. Next thing I know I speed through a red light not thinking about it, hear a horn from a truck, and pull off at a hotel, and slept in my car the rest of the night with my sister per the advice of our parents, which somehow were close to 100 miles behind us...

So me and Minnesota, not big fans of one another. However, I had a friend, who was a huge Twins fan and that's all I ever heard about growing up... freakin Knoblauch
