In addition, you can also send Home & Garden SAP requests by e-mail using the addresses on the H&G Category Lead's profile pages. All requests must include the following information:

Your email address: required - Please double check your e-mail address - the link will be sent to the address you supply
Product_name and Model Number: required
Manufacturer URL: required (main page of the manufacturer's web site)
Image URL: required
Price: required
Brand: required
Type: required
Style: required
Features and Specifics: if applicable
Message: Please also include a short description of why this product should be added and/or any other information you feel is needed.

Please, do not send the actual graphics as any email received with graphics attached or embedded will be refused before receipt by the server. There is nothing we can do with the actual graphics - send only the URL to the actual graphic of the product. To find the graphic URL:

- Locate the graphic representation on the manufacturer's site
- Right-click on the graphic and choose Properties
- Copy the URL (web address) from the window that pops up
- Verify that the URL works by pasting that URL into your browser address bar
- Paste the verified URL into either the SAP form or your email


Those requesting product listings other than those relating to Home & Garden, please check the Epinions SAP Request Info page or the Member Center to see which categories are enabled at this time. The Category Leads in each specific area handle their own product listings.

We cannot process incomplete product requests; please make sure all information is available and correct. Once we submit your product, you will receive a single notification at the address supplied in your SAP request.

I was never told before that two SAP requests can't be sent back to back. And I DID have the right info, and it was submitted a second & third time.

And I tried sending a SAP request by e-mail once and I was told that it was not acceptable.

Sorry for the mix-up, but it would have been nice to have known about this ahead of time. Thank you for your help though.

Thank you, but I'm not filling out the SAP Request forms for products and services any more. I'll just wait for a product or service that I bought and tried, to be posted by someone else.

I'm just about fed up and sick & tired of all the hassles involved and the constant on-going accusations of doing them wrong!!

I'm sorry you've had problems. I know that our CL's are continually working hard to add products, therefore it is imperative that we all do them correctly.

I've had to revise some of mine in the past, and now that I know the work involved in all these requests, I'm glad to comply.
