Sears Home Center STINKS!

I ordered a dining set from them. The packaging was really shoddy and one chair was COMPLETELY busted. I tried to order a replacement as soon as I got the set but their customer service is HORRIBLE. When I called, I was told that someone would call us back in two days. Well, they called today and again NO ONE was able to ship out a replacement chair because they couldn't use the web order number to order a replacement. They had to have a different number which wasn't printed up on the order confirmation sheet. So again, they said they will call us back in two days. I can't believe the run around they are giving us. I'll never order anything from them again. I thought they were a reputable company that had good customer service and was easy to deal with. I was wrong. :(

RE: Sears Home Center STINKS!

It sure wouldn't make you want to order from them, again. I hope that it's only an area-wide problem.

I had several times to use their services, and in my area it's always been satisfactory, but I haven't had them in a long time so perhaps things have changed here, too.

So sorry you are having such a problem and I do hope things work out satisfactorily for you. Keep us posted. Okay?

Lorace

Consumer Beware.

I can't tell you the number of times I get transferred when I call customer relations.
