For once I'm at a loss for words, our lovely Lorace is in a bad way and my heart is breaking.

Lorace serves Epinions as H&G Advisor, H&G Top Reviewer and H&G Message Board Moderator. Check the various threads and you'll find she's everywhere. I know I'm not alone in saying that over the years Lorace has become a close friend and someone I truly love, admire and respect.

At Lorace's daughter's (jcrimson) request, Katybrighteyes posted a note in the Member Center's Writer's Corner that explains what's happening. Please take a moment to read this heartfelt message:

Just so this thread doesn't sit here hanging indefinitely. Lorace (Carol) passed away on October 6, 2007. She was a lovely lady in every way and her presence will be sorely missed here in the forums as well as on Epinions. She will not be forgotten.
