I also have a JVC GR-D72U camera that will not transfer videos to the computer. Upon research it seems that anyone who purchased this camera has the same problem. I can not find a solution anywhere. I believe that the company should offer some type of assistance to this problem when it is certainly not a one time problem. Using a IEE firewall cabel does not work either. I feel that I have lost many precious memories due to this. If anyone has a solution to this problem please notify me regarding this.

I saw your posting regarding the transfer of mini DC tapes from the JVC GR-D72U. Can you please tell me how you transfered the tapes to your computer? The USP cord does not work and neither does the IEE firewall cabel. Can you please help? Thank you
