Signed in 7 times...

I've had to sign in 7 times, in as many minutes. :(
Is anyone else having this problem?

I just noticed that www.epinions, just turned into www1.epinions, and now the problem has stopped.

Hmm, I wonder if this happens during the changeover.

Arrrrrgh!! So far I have had to log in at the rate of every other review. Read, rate, read, rate... sign back in. Over and over.

Heck, I even closed the browser window, deleted cookies and history and tried again. It still happened. :(

Still no problems here . . .sorry.

Though the disc scan McAfee is doing on my PC is slowing and pausing me occasionally.

Depending on your browser, you may have too stringent security settings. In IE, you can set the epinions.com domain as a trusted site, which means (as I understand it) that "tighter" security settings applied elsewhere on the 'net are overridden for anything in that domain. In IE7 it's in Tools > Internet Options on the security tab; click on the Trusted Sites icon to add new sites.

The way Firefox adherents talk about their favorite browser (which sounds an awful lot like the way mac adherents talk about their favorite personal computer), I presume you just place your fingers at both temples and think real hard, "There's no place like Epinions. There's no place like Epinions"...

Signed in 7 times... hope it works.

Okay Rex, I just made the change. When I first applied it I had a problem with tabs... new windows kept popping up all over the place with www0.epinions.com, which was weird because the original window had www.epinions.com. I had to shut down the computer to get the mess to stop.

Cleared cookies, deleted history, then went into control panel to make the change.

I sure hope this works. :) Thanks for the help!
